At Yon-Ka Paris, we are committed to your skin's satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer care team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
